1.What does LEABON do?
LEABON is a professional manufacturer of EMS (electronics manufacturing service) with nearly 15-year experience in PCB Design & Layout, PCB Fabrication, Component Sourcing, PCB Assembly, PCBA Prototype, PCBA Testing, modules & assembly and OEM for kinds of smart electronic products.

2.How can I get a fast quotation?
Just please send the files to the sales you are contacting or our company email Info@leabon-technology.com, then within 2 business days you will get a complete quotation.
Note: for a quotation, we need the Gerber files and BOM file from you.

3.What is the normal procedure of an order?
PCB files with parts list details provided by you--->PCB file checked by our PCB engineer team--->PCB & components sourcing--->Components checked by our warehouse--->PCB with components assembled by our production lines--->Electronic testing for circuit boards or PCBA --->Anti-static package and fast delivery.

4.How shall I place an order?
Send us the PO with request (after project files finally confirmed) and both of us confirm PI--->The order comes into our order system on the same day you place--->Deposit or full payment completed then order confirmed by our financial team--->The order proceeded accordingly by our purchasing system--->Real sample or photos confirmed for approval of order production--->Balance payment completed, shipment arranged and delivered.

5.What payment methods shall I do?
T/T, Paypal, West Union, MoneyGram and L/C are all acceptable, but for samples Paypal is the most economical method for both of us.

6.Does your PCB assembly service include the functional testing before delivery?
Yes, sure, we always make the functional circuit testing by our own testing methods or the ones you provide.

7.What files you need for the PCB assembly service?
PCB files and Components list are necessary, besides, we also need PNP (Pick and Place) and Components Position files for production.

8.What is the lead time for sample orders?
For PCB fabrication, we can make fast PCB samples within 48 hours if urgent, usually 5-7 business days for normal sample orders; For PCBA prototype, the lead time is 1-2 business weeks (depends on material sourcing).
